The Information We Collect
This policy applies to all information collected on the EXT Website and any information you provide to EXT. You will most likely provide us personal information to us when you register as a user of EXT Website, create your EXT profile and EXT link to your profile, participate in certain EXT promotions or enter certain EXT sponsored customer surveys or contests. The personal information we may collect includes: password, user name, address, email address and phone number
Publish a Link to Your Profile
If you “checked” the box entitled “Is it OK to publish a link to your profile?” on the EXT registration form, EXT shall have the right to publish your link and your EXT user profile on the EXT Website. When someone “clicks” on your published link they will have the ability to read the EXT profile you have created. Except to the extent that you have “checked” the box entitled “Is it OK to publish a link to your profile?” on the EXT registration form, EXT shall not publish your EXT user profile or your EXT link on the EXT Website.
Chatrooms, bulletin boards and product reviews
The EXT Website may include blogs, chatrooms, bulletin boards, product reviews, or other message areas that allow users to post information to the EXT Website. When you post messages, other site visitors can also view them. We urge you to exercise caution when providing personally identifiable financial or other information in the chatrooms, bulletin boards, product reviews or other message areas. Our customers generally find this type of information useful. You can access and maintain your personally identifiable information on your “Account” tab. To protect your privacy and security, we require a user ID and password to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

It is also possible that EXT would sell all or substantially all of its assets and business.
